Deepika Padukone a much junior artist in comparison to Aishwarya Rai was also present at the Cannes this year. She walked the prestigious red carpet for the same French film. Wonder if they exchanged in frivolous conversations?
L'Oreal Paris are the official makeup artistes at the Cannes Film Festival for the 13th consecutive year.
Besides doing the honours for the cosmetic brand, Aishwarya is also promoting her film 'Raavan' at the festival. The Mani Ratnam directed film is inspired by the ancient Indian epic - Ramayana.
Aishwarya co-stars in the film with her husband, Abhishek Bachchan, who is currently shooting for another project in Istanbul. He will be joining Aishwarya at Cannes on May 17.
