RAJSHRI PRODUCTIONS NEW PREM

As per the latest reports, Tusshar has bagged a film under the prestigious Rajshri banner, which Rajshris' current favourite, actress Amrita Rao plays Tusshar's love interest

BY SUPRIYA DAVDA | MAY 11, 2010

Rajshri Productions have always been synonymous for their lovable character Prem, and after working with the likes of Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor and Sonu Sood, Rajshri camp have found their newest "prem next door" - Tusshar Kapoor.

Initially, there was buzz that Shahid might be offered the film since he was a part of their immensely successful film 'Vivaah', which starred Amrita Rao alongside. However, the creative department was of the opinion that Tusshar would suit the character better than Shahid.

The film is set to go on floors in coming months.

Meanwhile, Tusshar, who is currently working on Rohit Shetty's 'Golmaal 3', is fast wrapping up with his part so that he can concentrate on this solo-hero project.

Let’s hope Tusshar is able to give justice to Rajshri’s Prem.
