While Hrithik Roshan and the 'Kites' are all set for the release of the film, it looks like there is a little trouble surrounding the film's release. A case has been filed against the movie in Bihar, alleging that copyright payment for certain scenes in 'Kites' has not been made.
The Roshans have not responded to the allegations yet, but the incident might affect the movie's release date, currently May 21.
Earlier, the Roshans' movie 'Krazzy 4' was involved in a controversy too. It was alleged that the music of the film, scored by Hrithik's uncle Rajesh, was copied. A court later ruled that this was the case, and compensation had to be paid before the movie could be released.
