Channel 4 is celebrating the 50th anniversary of releases in 1960, with a string of classic Bollywood movies as a part of mini season on the flagship terrestrial channel.
'Chaudhvin Ka Chand' starring Guru Dutt and Waheeda Rehman
on Monday 3rd May at 00:10
'Jis Desh Main Ganga Behti Hai' starring Raj Kapoor
on Tuesday 4th May at 00:45
'Parakh' starring Bimal Roy and Sadhana
on Sunday 9th May at 23:50
'Barsaat Ki Raat' starring Bharat Bhushan
on Monday 17th May at 00:10
'Mughal-E-Azam' starring Prithviraj Kapoor
on Monday 24th May at 00:15
The films will be shown on Channel 4 and in high definition on Channel 4 HD.
As every year, Channel 4 will telecast a full Bollywood season in the summer.
