La Tasca are really excited to be launching their new autumn menu. Their team of chefs have visited all corners of Spain, looking for new dishes from the many different regions, to ensure that the La Tasca menu offers a true and authentic taste of Spain – for all!
Bringing a lamb stew back onto the menu, with a new sauce originating from Majorca – perfect as a winter warmer. A hearty Basque-style beef stew (with potato, cherry tomato, red pepper and paprika) has also been added. Also not forgetting a dish: the new fresh cod fillet, topped with a slow-roasted sweet pepper & onion salsa – simply delicious. For non-meat-eaters, this menu does not disappoint, with pisto Manchego (a simple, yet tasty, Mediterranean vegetable & tomato sauce tapas dish from the La Mancha region) and roasted stuffed mushrooms, as well as lots more.
