Everyone seems to think that they have the answer to anti-aging but the key to looking and feeling younger is natural remedies; the need of longevity enhancing anti-oxidants

Anti-oxidants can be easily found in many fresh fruits and vegetables that should be included in every day diets and our "greener than green juice" is pack full of this anti-oxidants.

The key to anti-aging is low stress - if you can, try and go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Also, try and eat foods that your body loves eating, like fruit and vegetables and avoid foods that are hard to digest, like red meats - get your proteins from nuts and seeds instead. Avoid refined sugars, and reduce stimulants such as coffee, tea and chocolates.

AVOCADO FACE MASK
This face mask is designed to plump up the skin and deeply hydrate it. Avocado is rich in minerals and potassium, which restores the elasticity of the skin. It also contains sterolins, which helps smooth out age spots. Probiotic yoghurt is a great cleanser, while honey is also deeply hydrating and really helps get rid of spots. Least but not last, lemons contains fruit acids and helps get rid of any dead skin cells.

Ingredients
1 large or two small avocado (you can use ripe ones too)
1 tablespoon probiotic yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
A squeeze of lemon juice

Preparation

Scoop out the avocado into a bowl. Add a tablespoon of probiotic yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey.

Mash it all together with a fork or put it in a blender, then add a squeeze or fresh lemon juice.

Leave the mask on for up to 10 minutes, then rinse. Use this mask once or twice a week and always make it from fresh.

ANTI-AGE GREEN JUICE
Beauty comes from within and there is nothing better to make you look and feel younger than a green juice; drinking green juices furnishes the body with everything it needs: bioactive enzymes, which are really important for breaking down foods and mineral and vitamins, which helps restore vitality. The chlorophyll molecule in these green vegetable is almost identical to the protein found in hemoglobin, which carries oxygen around our body; so dark green leafy vegetable means instant oxygen and energy for our bodies.

Ingredients
4 sticks celery
? cucumber
one handful curly kale
2 or 3 handful of spinach
1 carrot
a handful of parsley

Preparation

Place the vegetable in the juicer one at the time. Make sure they are washed properly, if you juicing non-organic vegetables.

You can also add half an apple to make it sweeter.

Once juiced, drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.

EYE WRINKLE & DARK CIRCLE PASTE
This remedy is a natural and inexpensive way to reduce puffiness and smooth out crows feet. Gram (or chickpea) flour is used a lot in Indian beauty treatments as it helps smooth out wrinkles. Tomato paste and orange juice work well together to boost the circulation around the eye area, to reduce puffiness, while lemon helps to fade any discoloration and lightens any darkened areas. Finally, turmeric helps lock in moisture, which is really important for the under-eye area.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon chickpea flour (gram flour)
a squeeze of lemon
? teaspoon tomato paste
A squeeze of orange
A pinch of turmeric

Preparation

Place one teaspoon of gram flour in a glass bowl. Then add half a teaspoon of tomato paste, a teaspoon of the juice of an orange and a squeeze of lemon.

Finally add a pinch of turmeric and mix all together.

Place it in the fridge for 10 minutes before using so that it works even better on reducing puffiness. Apply when needed and leave on for up to 5 minutes.

Always make from fresh or the active ingredients won?t be so effective.
