Actress Aishwarya Rai, with her awe-inspiring looks at the Cannes, wins hands down

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked her best at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival on May 14, 2010, walking the red carpet for the premiere of 'Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps'.
She looked divine in a one of a kind Gucci magenta chiffon gown that had a twisted halter neck, a satin waist band and a full floor length skirt.
Her elegant gown, and neatly swept-back hair invited focus to her stunning facial features. The makeup - magenta rouge, smokey eyes and nude lip gloss - further highlighted her beauty.
She accessorised with stud ear tops, a gold bangle and a diamond bracelet on her left arm and a sliver clutch.
The 36-year-old former Miss World appears indecisive when it comes to picking her designers, having switched three in as many days. She wore an Elie Saab on the festival opening day for the premiere of 'Robin Hood', Armani Prive yesterday for 'On Tour' opening and Gucci today. In her latest interview with NDTV she said the designers have been so very kind and has been spoilt for choice.
But perhaps this fickleness comes with the label being of consistently being voted the most beautiful woman in the world.
Mallika Sherwat whose film 'Hisss' will be screened at the festival, stepped away from her bold image. She was dressed quite simply once in a white, self -printed, sleeve less, low neck dress, coupled with traditional Indian jewellery and a short and frilly beige number on Day 3.

So who will the Cannes Style Icon be? Will it be Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who has appeared continuously classy over the past three days, or will it be Deepika Padukone who was draped in a rather traditional sari by Rohit Bal? Or will it be Mallika Sherwat who was dressed in a Dolce & Gabbana and looked rather doll like?
