Forget hard work - women would rather flirt their way to the top

2009-05-21

Forget the sisterhood - the majority of working women would rather have a male boss and flirt their way to the top, according to a recent survey carried out by Monster.co.uk.

Despite the fact that women often complain of inequality in the workplace, new research reveals that women will don their high heels and rely on their feminine charms to get what they want.

Rather than joining forces with fellow female workers, they in fact, see other women as their main competition, As a result, 3 out of 5 women would rather work directly for a man than a woman, while 86% would happily flirt with a male colleague if it further their career.
