The billionaire owner of a string of luxury hotels in Germany has died after he choked on a piece of steak served at one of his establishments

Dieter Bock, 71, was dining at the five star Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg - used extensively in the James Bond film "Tomorrow Never Dies" - when he choked on the filet steak, police said.
Bock, an introverted figure rarely seen in public, owned hotels including the Bristol in Berlin, the Gravenbuch in Frankfurt and the Taschenbergpalais in Dresden.
Earlier this month, he was staying in his Hamburg hotel. Feeling unwell, he retired early to his suite and ordered room service.
Chambermaids found him the next morning.
The 250 room Atlantic, which has hosted stars including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Andre Agassi and Placido Domingo, remains open for business.
